Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zalnative Ads Manager (the "App"), operated by Zalnative ("we", "us"). By connecting a Google account to the App or using it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the App is
The App is an internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API. It provides reports, account audits, keyword research and campaign management for Google Ads accounts through an AI assistant. The App is not a Google product, and Zalnative is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
2. Who may use the App
The App is available only to Zalnative staff and to clients who have an agreement with Zalnative and have granted Zalnative access to their Google Ads accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the Google Ads accounts you connect. We may grant, limit or remove access at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your access credentials confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Use the App only for Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage.
- Comply with the Google Ads policies, the Google Ads Terms and all applicable laws.
- Do not misuse the App. This includes trying to access other users' accounts, overloading or interfering with the service, or reverse engineering it.
4. Changes to Google Ads accounts
The App can propose changes to campaigns, budgets, keywords, negative keywords, bids and ad status. Every change is shown as a preview first. It is applied only after you explicitly approve it. You are responsible for reviewing each change before you approve it. Approved changes take effect in your Google Ads account and may affect your ad spend. All advertising costs are billed by Google under your own Google Ads billing arrangement, not by the App.
5. AI-generated content
Reports, recommendations, keyword suggestions and ad copy produced through the App are generated with the help of an AI assistant. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are suggestions, not guarantees of results. Use your own judgment before acting on them.
6. Fees
There is no separate charge for using the App. Any fees for Zalnative's services are governed by your separate agreement with Zalnative.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data received from Google, including our commitment to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App depends on third-party services, including the Google Ads API, our hosting provider and the AI assistant provider. Their changes, limits or outages may affect the App. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any advertising performance, cost or result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zalnative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, wasted ad spend or loss of data resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid Zalnative for services in the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its Google access or removing Zalnative's manager access to your Google Ads account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if your agreement with Zalnative ends.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to users. If you continue to use the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If that fails, they will be resolved in the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali.
